She works closely with a certified diabetes nurse educator on-site to provide comprehensive diabetes care for her patients.
Thuy’s area of interest is metabolic bone disease, which is the topic of her post-graduate research.
She has a public hospital appointment at Austin Health where she helped establish a secondary fracture prevention program which has been successfully running for 5 years.
Thuy completed her endocrinology advance training at Austin Health, Northern Health, Mercy Hospital and Box Hill Hospital where she has worked with leading experts in their sub-specialised fields of endocrinology. She has extensive clinical experience in diabetes, general endocrinology and antenatal medicine.
